Neat Things is owned by Karen and Calvin Warren. They are a small local shop venturing into the whimsical…Limited only by the imagination.  They bring to life neat metal sculptures, wood, glass, etc. All using recycled material. Their moto.. Debbie Derbach started Krafty Retirement in 2018 following her Career at Scotia Bank.  She began by selling felt Scandinavian Gnomes. These collectables were marketed at several Christmas markets in Ottawa and the Ottawa valley. New for 2019 Debbie has added a variety of small felt and fabric collectable animals.  Also new is a series of hanging wood calendars for tracking family birthdays and other celebration events. Also for 2019 Krafty Retirement has been joined by her husband Bernie, a retired RCAF officer. Bernie is adding a number of hand crafted wood products which includes charcuterie boards, rolling pins, cocktail muddlers, Scottish spurtles and garden dibblers.  He also has his owner Wood Cream and Wax finishes for sale. Throughout the year new items will be added to the inventory by both Debbie and Bernie.
