He believes we can still bring back the enjoyment of growing your own food and feeding your family well. Along with supporting your local small producers and purveyors to sustain our small communities. Through his many years of experience he learned food that has the least amount of manipulation is healthier, more textured, and fun as it allows a person to be a little creative. Tristan wants to help people bring fresh, sustainable products to their table. It’s important to him that we support our very own small scale farms not only for freshness and connection to the food but for sustainability in our communities as well.
